Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Domestic (US) shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

We ship internationally. Delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days after processing, depending on destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total.

Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Final sale and promotional/discounted items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

To start a return, email us at frostoriginalstock@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

A flat $8.99 fee for the return shipping label is deducted from your refund (this fee is waived if the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect). Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Note it in your return request and we'll process it as fast as possible, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at frostoriginalstock@gmail.com within 7 days of expected delivery so we can help resolve it.
